How it works

From first conversation to everyday support

Moving from paper labels to digital pricing is a project, not just a product purchase. Here is how we take you through it — with one local team responsible from start to finish.

The process

Seven steps to a successful rollout

  1. Step 1: Initial consultation

A first conversation about your stores, your pricing routines and what you would like to improve. There is no obligation at this stage.

  2. Step 2: Requirements analysis

We look in more detail at your product range, how often prices and promotions change, your store layout and shelving, and the ERP, POS or back-office systems you use today.

  3. Step 3: Solution recommendation

Based on the analysis, we recommend the label types, store coverage and software configuration that fit your business, and explain what the project involves.

  4. Step 4: Integration planning

We assess how your existing systems can share pricing data with the ESL software — through a direct interface, file-based exchange or another practical method — and agree the approach.

  5. Step 5: Installation & configuration

Our team installs the labels and in-store equipment and configures the software. Work is planned with you to limit disruption to trading.

  6. Step 6: Testing & deployment

We test price updates end to end, check the labels across the store, prepare your team to use the system and support the switch-over to live operation.

  7. Step 7: Technical support

After go-live we remain your local point of contact for technical support and maintenance, and help you extend the solution when you are ready.

How we work

Principles behind every project

Start from your situation

We recommend what fits your stores and systems — not a standard package.

Be clear about feasibility

Integration and timing are assessed honestly, and we tell you early if something is not practical.

Stay responsible after go-live

Support is local, and the team that installed your system is the team you speak to afterwards.

FAQ

Questions about the process

How long does a project take?

It depends on the size and number of stores, the number of labels and the integration approach. After the requirements analysis we give you a plan with the steps and timing for your project.

Will installation disrupt trading?

Installation is planned together with you to limit disruption to your store and your customers.

Can we start with one store or department?

A step-by-step rollout is often a sensible approach. We discuss the best starting point during the consultation.

What do you need from us to get started?

A conversation about your stores and goals is enough to begin. Later, information about your ERP/POS software and how prices are maintained helps us plan the integration.

Ready to take the first step?

Book a consultation and we will talk through your stores, your systems and what an electronic shelf label project would involve.

No obligation. We will get back to you to arrange a time that suits you.
